Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files stored by your browser when you visit a website and sent back to the relevant server. Local storage (localStorage) keeps information directly in the browser. We use it to remember your preferences, not for advertising tracking.

LocalStorage has no automatic expiry of its own. After 180 days, we stop relying on the saved choice and ask you to choose again. The browser record is overwritten by a new choice or removed when you clear the website’s data. We keep a server record of the choice for 180 days, including categories, time and a random identifier, without a name, email address or associated IP address.
Staff signing in also use technical WordPress cookies for secure authentication and administration preferences. Visitors do not need to sign in to the administration area.
Storage strictly necessary to provide a requested function does not require consent under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. Any related personal data is processed in our legitimate interest in website functionality, security and recording your choices under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
External maps
The contact page uses an OpenStreetMap map. Until you allow the External maps category, an information panel is displayed in its place. Once allowed, your browser connects to the provider’s servers and sends your IP address and technical information needed to display the map. Your consent is the legal basis for this disclosure under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation in the United Kingdom. Its policy describes processing in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands and a worldwide server network for map tiles. Information about storage and retention is available in the OpenStreetMap Foundation – Privacy Policy. Rejecting the map does not hide the school’s contact details.
Analytics and videos
Google Analytics is not currently active. Meta advertising measurement is a separate optional service described below. Videos embedded in the pages are hosted with the website and playing them does not send information to an external video service. The Analytics and External videos preferences do not activate a service by themselves. Separate links to YouTube or social networks open the provider’s website, where its own policies apply.
Meta advertising measurement
If Meta Pixel is enabled on this website, we load it only after your separate consent to Advertising measurement · Meta. It helps the school evaluate Facebook and Instagram advertising through page visits and successful form submissions, recorded as generic event types. Analytics consent, an open day booking or email permission does not authorise this measurement. Rejecting it does not affect the website or its forms.
The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland. Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page URL, cookie and ad-click identifiers and event type. It may associate these with your account and use them for measurement and personalised advertising under its policies. Our integration does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form field contents or attachments; it does not use advanced matching or server-side Conversions API.
Advertising cookie storage and access rely on your consent under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll.; related processing for the school relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The collection and transmission of Pixel data are subject to joint controllership terms between the school and Meta. Their responsibilities, including information and individual rights, are described in the Meta joint controller addendum. You may exercise your rights with the school or Meta.
The Pixel may store _fbp (browser identification) and _fbc (ad-click attribution) cookies, generally for 90 days. Meta’s subsequent processing, retention and possible transfers outside the European Economic Area, including the USA, and applicable safeguards are described in its privacy policy and cookie policy. The validity of our cookie preference does not determine Meta’s retention period.
Withdraw at any time using the Cookies button and Reject optional, or turn off advertising measurement in settings. We stop further events from our integration and remove accessible _fbp and _fbc cookies for this website. This cannot recall data already transmitted; request erasure and exercise other rights with the relevant controller.
Changing or withdrawing consent
On your first visit, choose Reject optional, Settings or Accept all. Settings let you adjust individual optional categories and save your choice. Change it at any time using the Cookies button at the bottom left, the footer link or the button below. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can also delete cookies and website data through your browser settings. We ask for a new choice after deletion or expiry. Rejecting optional services does not prevent browsing, submitting forms or playing locally hosted videos.
